Cives Steel Co. Awarded Mall Project The Southern Division of Cives Steel Company was awarded The Mall at Miami World Center by Suffolk Construction in November 2015. The 10,000 ton project will cover four city blocks in downtown Miami. The development consists of three levels of structural steel for retail spaces with a five level parking garage topped by an elevated greenspace with two elevated steel pedestrian bridges crossing over two streets. Erection begins in May 2016 and is set to be completed in June 2017.
